ARRIVE IN HARBIN
Assemble at International airport for your flight to Harbin. Harbin is a historical and cultural city, and is famous as “Ice World”,“Eastern Moscow”, “ Eastern Paris”. On arrival, be greeted and start the sightseeing tour of Harbin city.
【Volga Manor】- a magnificent Russian-style architecture will surely bring you into a fairytale world. With an area of six hundred thousand square meters, Volga Manor in northeast China's Harbin is an amplification of the city's Russian influences. Not only does it boast authentic Russian dance performances and architecture, the manor also blends wet lands and landscaped gardens. Here you can visit Pavlov Castle, St.Nicholas Church, and Puskin Salon.

【Chagan Lake Fishing】: Mongolian as "Chagan Naoer", with a meaning of white holy lake, is located in Qianguo County, Songyuan, Jilin, China. With an area of 307 square kilometers, it was once a fishing & hunting resort for emperors since the Liao & Jin Dynasty. The lake is always known for traditional winter fishing from then on. The traditional winter fishing method is listed in 2008 as China's National Intangible Cultural Heritage. (Chagan lake Fishing date: Dec 28th-Jan 31; other date replace with Jinlin Songhua river lake-fishing）
After lunch we will go to Jilin City, a prefecture-level city. It is the only major city nationally that shares its name with its province. Jilin City is also known as the River City because of the Songhua River surrounding much of the city. Visit【Song Jiang Road】By Bus, Song Jiang Road is an important road in Jilin City. Outlook【Catholic Church】,It is a typical Gothic building. At dinner, enjoy the Flavor-fish feast of chagan lake.

JINLIN / DUNHUA / CHANGBAISHAN
After breakfast，we will go to Songhua River to enjoy 【The Rime】 if it is possible. Gorgeous rime scenery usually can be seen in winter. This is the best places to appreciate rime scenery. (Depending on the weather, non manpower control),
Then, we will go to Hongqi village (North Korea folk custom village). 【Hongqi village(North Korea folk custom village)】, the village has more than 80 Korean residents now, preserves the ancient Korean folk customs. You can visit Folk experience Museum or Korean residence, you can also take part in the traditional food’s production process--Dagao or Pickle. The most interesting thing is that you can Experience Korean sports games.

CHANGBAISHAN / DUNHUA
After breakfast, we will go to【Changbai Mountain】. Located on the border between China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Changbaishan (literally ‘eternally White Mountain’) in Jilin province is one of the great natural wonders of the northeast. Dormant since 1702, this volcano now holds the stunning Tianchi Lake in its crater. We will visit North Face of Changbai mountain, enjoy the beautiful scenery of colorful forest, waterfalls and heavenly lake.
【Tianchi (or ‘Heaven Lake’)】: It is the park’s main attraction. Situated in a crater on the Chinese border, the effervescent blue water is surrounded by soaring peaks
Also, be sure to see【ChangBai Waterfall】, which spills off from the lake.
There are a number of ponds and【Hot Springs】scattered around the lake.

DUNHUA / SNOW TOWN / YABULI
After breakfast, we will leave Dunhua, heading to snow county-【Snow Town】: this is the place have deepest snow in China, in average 2 meters snow will fall here, have the most beautiful snow view in China. Enjoy the snow world in snow county in the morning. Because of heaviest snow here, all buildings were covered by different shapes of snow, looks very interesting.
After we fully enjoy the snow world, we will take 2 hours bus ride to Yabuli, and stay there overnight. We will try Dongbei style country dishes for dinner, and then we will stay at the local the Springs Hotel for one night, this will be a special experience for you to have Hot Spring with snow surround you. There are many different kinds of hot spring pools indoor and outdoor for you to enjoy.（Prepare yourself for a swimming suit）.

After breakfast, we will take about 3.5 hour drive to Harbin, you can visit:
【St. Sophia Church Square】. This is the biggest Orthodox church in Asia, was built in 1907, is the military church of No.4 Siberia Infantry division of Russian army.
【Flood Prevention Monument Tower 】with its unique western retro touch, stood out among all statues in the city and became the true representation of the city’s pride.
【Stalin Park】 is one of the places for sightseeing and be away for the summer holidays on the river bank of Songhua River. It gazes at each other with the Sun Island from beyond the river. The park was built in 1953, old named Riverside Park. Park has a length of 1750 meters and is a opening park along the river.
【Central Street】Central Street was built in 1900, which is still one of major business streets in Harbin. There are a lot of department stores, fashion shops and featured restaurants along two sides of this street. The buildings on the street are in all European styles like Renaissance architecture style, Baroque architecture style, eclecticism and so on. There are always a lot of people on the street to tour or shop. You could taste a Modern Popsicle (Each person gets one free).

Additional details
1. Before you pay deposit to book the tour, we haven’t made any reservation yet. The train, flight tickets and the hotel may different from the itinerary listed.
2. The visiting order of the scenic spots in the itinerary may change according to the traffic condition and other unforeseen things.
3. Tourist insurance is a must before going, please provide us the confirmation of insurance company when sign up.
The price includes
1. Entrance Fees: to scenic spots as listed in the itinerary
2. All the activities fee mentioned in the itinerary: Hutong rickshaw in Beijing; Sichuan Opera show in Chengdu;
3. Private Transfers: Transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing during the trip by private air conditioned vehicle with a driver.
4. Meals: All meals as indicated in the itinerary (B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner), include Peking duck dinner in Beijing; Hot pot dinner in Chengdu.
5. Guide: As outlined in the itinerary an English-speaking guide and driver will be provided in each city, who will remain with you throughout your time in that city. A new guide and a new driver will meet you at each city on your tour, to provide you with the best local knowledge available
6. Hotel: hotel fees are based on two people sharing one room with king-size bed. All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast

10. Tourist accident insurance. NB - you are strongly suggested to buy travel and health insurance before you start out from your home country.
Payment conditions
To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount due via the payment link that your local agent will share. The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. The quoted exchange rate is valid for the next 7 days – if the deposit is not paid within this time, the quote will be re-calculated.
Terms and conditions for cancelation
i. Cancellation of the Tour by CAT (local agent):
CAT reserve the right to cancel the postpone tour at any time up to the date final payment is due under the following condition: in our opinion, health and/or safety factors related to conditions in China would make the tour inadvisable. And in this case, all money paid by the participants will be refunded. If the tour is postponed, CAT will offer all those who have signed up the opportunity to have the same tour for a later time, but the price may be changed according to the season. We will notify you of any change, and give you a reasonable period
of time to make your decision. Consumers may, but are under no obligation to, take the tour under these new terms. After final payment has been made, we may cancel the tour only if, in our opinion, health and/or safety factors related to conditions in China would make the tour inadvisable. Since cancellation in this case involves factors which may arise suddenly and are entirely outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest and epidemic disease, we cannot guarantee a full refund in this case. This is because payment will already have been made to finalize the arrangements and reservation.
ii. Cancellation of the Tour by Consumer:
Any cancellation must be made by sending an email to the local agent. The cancellation fee varies according to how many days prior to departure the cancellation is made:
· More than 30 days prior to departure: 5% of the total holiday cost
· Between 30 and 22 days prior to departure : 25% of the total holiday cost
· Between 21 and 8 days prior to departure : 50% of the total holiday cost
· Between 7 and 3 days prior to departure : 75% of the total holiday cost
· Less than 3 days prior to departure and after the departure date: 100% of the total holiday cost
All cancellations must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt by CAT. No refund will be made to those participants who break the journey regardless of the portions of the package unused. If, owing to serious illness or injury, the participant withdraws from the tour, a refund will be subject to the consent of the local travel agent.
No refund will be made to those participants who have failed to secure valid travel documents such as passport or visas.
